It's Mother's day today and we always celebrated it with you. Although you aren't my mum, I grew up with you looking after me in the way a mum does, and very often overnight and during the day etc.
I will try and give Mum as good a day as possible (I made her a cake with a few surprises 🤫) but its going to be a hard day for her especially, and that's okay.
Katie helped me with the cake and we talked about different things you taught us about baking and used those skills- I still refuse to follow an all in one method!
We miss you lots, and I've been wondering what you would say at the moment with everything going on.
